Uhhh Are You Still Alive???

What? Over 2 months and no posts? No, I'm not dead... nor am I back from the dead as an Ashley zombie.

I had a mini-vacation to Napa and then an East Coast Takeover with a trip to New York and then Miami and Key West. It was my first trip to New York and it was filled with plenty of sightseeing and tons of great food. I see another trip back in the near future! I heart NY!

Besides racking up some frequent flyer miles, I also had a roadtrip to Reno for my sister's vow renewal. Since my brother-in-law is in the military, they never got to have a big family wedding. For their two year anniversary they had the ceremony and reception they didn't get to originally have. Everything was gorgeous and my sis is amazing for picking out a dress with pockets! I already have plans to wear the dress again. ;)

I promise it won't be another 2-3 months before my next post!

Vacation Time: Seattle Edition

For the past week I have been on vacation in Seattle and have loved every minute of it. The weather is gorgeous, the food is spectacular and my travel companion isn't so bad either.

I was a little bummed by how hot it is (I think we brought some So Cal heat with us) and I haven't been able to wear my new adorable H&M jacket I bought just for the trip. I'm just glad I packed some warmer weather clothing. However, I did have to buy a couple tank tops, but I really didn't mind since Seattle has some amazing places to shop!

Here are some of the things I did this week:
- SHOP
- Take a Harbor Cruise Tour
- Visit the Sci-Fi Museum (LOVED IT!)
- Bite of Seattle
- Visit the first Starbucks
- Aquarium
- Pacific Science Center
- A TON of walking
- Volkswagen car show
- Trip to Bellingham

The trip was AMAZING! I have a feeling I'm going to live in Seattle at some point.
