Important Update

The Office of Admissions has canceled all campus visits starting on March 16. We regret that we cannot welcome prospective students and their families to campus, but in light of the coronavirus outbreak, we feel that this is the best measure for the health and safety of our community. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

We encourage you to view our virtual tour, and to sign up for more information about Brandeis so that we can notify you when we are able to offer campus visits again. We very much hope that we will be able to welcome you to campus this summer or fall.

Information Session and Tour Schedule - canceled as of March 16

Tours and information sessions are generally offered Mondays through Fridays. Check our visit calendar for select Saturday availability and holiday closings.

>> Register for your campus visit.

Please note that Admissions continues to offer information sessions and tours throughout both spring breaks for our students. If you would like to ensure that you are visiting when classes are in session, check the Brandeis academic calendar.

Group Visits - canceled as of March 16

Our Group Visit program offers options for both campus tours and customized information sessions and is designed for groups of 10 or more students, high school-aged or older. Please note that we are only able to accommodate group visits Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during regular business hours.

To request a group visit please view our Group Visit Request Calendar.

Brandeis will offer free lunch to public high schools visiting our campus that meet the following criteria:

  • Students must be enrolled in high school (9th-12th grade)
  • Group must be from a public or charter school
  • Groups up to 50 students (groups larger than 50 students will be ineligible)
  • The high school must have at least 50% of its student population receiving free or reduced lunch

Please note that due to our limited budget, lunch will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To request lunch, please indicate so in your Group Visit Request. Our office will communicate if your group qualifies to receive lunch prior to confirming the visit.

For schools that do not qualify for lunch or once the lunch budget has been exhausted:

If your school does not meet the criteria above, you are welcome to bring a bagged lunch, and we will be happy to offer a space to enjoy your meal. Alternatively, lunch is available for purchase on campus. If interested in these options, please indicate this in your Group Visit Request

If you have any questions, require special accommodation, or would like to visit Brandeis outside of our normal group visit hours, please email Admissions Counselor Lexi Schneider.

Special Information for Visitors with Disabilities

Because our campus is situated on a hill, some students, family members and visitors may wish to take a slower-paced tour. Please let us know if you or someone in your party needs special accommodations, such as an ASL interpreter, accessibility assistance, etc.

Students or family members who have a hearing disability are also encouraged to contact the admissions office with special requests, such as ASL interpreters, prior to visiting campus. In order to secure an interpreter, please notify the admissions office at least three weeks in advance of your visit. For more information, please visit the Student Accessibility Support website.
